Mara Girls Leadership School, a non-profit association (reg. no. 802514-1097), c/o Basecamp Foundation Kenya, Seminar Rd 00100 Nairobi, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on this website.

What data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and the message you write.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, after which it is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Recipients and processors

The data may be handled by providers of web hosting, email services and Google (analytics), acting as data processors on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, to withdraw your consent and to object to the processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
